The Acadiana Amateur Radio Association, Inc. (AARA) September newsletter

Due to this being Labor Day, the Salvation Army office is closed (they 
let me use their copy machine for the LARC), hard copies
should be in the mail by noon Tuesday.

The AARA General meeting will take place Thursday September 6th at 7:00 
PM at the Red Cross Building, 101 N. Pat St., Scott, LA.
I have checked with Tony Credeur and the meeting room is available.  VE 
Testing will take place at 6:00 PM. _Please keep the noise __
__down while testing is going on._

We will be discussing the upcoming Louisiana Special Event Station 
coming up September 8 & 9, 2012 and the Tour du Teche Canoe
Race.

I have a 30 ft dish .4 f/d for sale it went through 3 storms and not any 
problems I have a feed for 1296 in the dish and it does well
The dish has two dc motors to drive it it has indicators that are good 
for 1/3 deg. with a computer drive to track the moon.
      The dish can be seen at my home east of Natalbany,La. The price is 
5k with all motors drive's mount,feed for 1296,985 345 2643.
