[AARA] CAPE II flies - Cube Sat

Hi All

A little update. Cape II was launched at 7:15 PM CST and the beacon was 
copied on the 1^st pass at ~ 9Pm.
All indications were nominal. On the 2^nd pass the ground teamed 
commanded the satellite into the green mode.
Today at the 1 PM pass the team will be checking the satellite health 
and getting ready for experiments.
