*AARA 2012  54th Annual Hamfest - Delta Division Convention - Rayne, 
Louisiana - - March 14 & 15

      The Annual AARA Hamfest in Rayne, Louisiana is approaching fast once again and everyone in the AARA Club would like to welcome you back to South Louisiana. This year our hamfest  will be hosting the ARRL Delta Division Convention. We look forward to having a full house and want to invite you back as part of the festivities here in South Louisiana. The dates for this year are March 14th and 15th, 2014.
      We will once again be having a Fais-Do-Do (dance) with the Texas Ham Playboys and a Crawfish Boil on Friday night. Saturday will be filled with plenty to do for everyone. Bingo will once again be offered, while many vendors and swap tables will be filled with everything "hams" could imagine. There will also be various forums and presentations throughout the day. Included in this email is a flyer for the Hamfest with all of the information, so check it out!
      Those persons that had tables at last years AARA Hamfest will have priority to tables this year
and we would like to extend our appreciation to you by offering you first chance at reserving your table(s) for this coming year. If you would like to reserve a table(s), please let us know before January 20, 2014 since that is the date that swap tables will be available to the general public. We will reserve your spot until January 20, 2014, after that time, we will make all available tables available to "anyone...anywhere".*So get 'em while you can!*
