Gentlemen, 

"For those of us who are covenant restricted, see attached." 

The issue of covenant restrictions could at some future date "restrict" any ham. One may not be living in a covenant restricted area at this time, but who knows what the future may bring. 
Therefore, those hams presently not living in a covenant restricted neighborhood, should voice their opinions and do what they can to help their fellow hams. 

The issue of covenant restrictions is not limited only to those who are presently "restricted by a neighborhood covenant."
