[AARA] Vermilion Parish ARES repeater is back up.

Greetings,

Thanks to Kris KD5QYV and Pat ND5C the Vermilion Parish ARES repeater is back on the air
with one change, a PL Tone. It is located on top of City Hall in Abbeville.
The repeater is a Yaesu DR-1X and is set for analog in/analog out. Digital in/digital out.
Power out is set at 20 watts. Antenna height is about 70 feet.

When you have time ping the repeater, but please give your call, location, power out, antenna type,
and antenna height when you ping the repeater. By doing so everyone will develop a good
understanding of what the reliable range of the repeater is.

FYI - I can hit it from my QTH in Carencro
with 25 watts and a mag mount on my metal roof of my house.
