*Saturday, July 21, 201**8* - Once again it's at the John Slidell Park 
Gymnasium, 105 Robert Blvd, Slidell, LA. Open to the Public 8:00 a.m to 
2:00 p.m. Admission is $5.00 (includes 1 Raffle Ticket free). Extra 
Raffle Tickets are $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00. *Back doors open at 6:00 
a.m. for the Flea Market people and Vendors to get in and set-up. The 
kitchen opens at about 6:15 or so with coffee and Apple Fritters.    
OARC Members  working the hamfest need to be at the gym for 6:00 a.m. *

*Talk in will be on 147.270 repeater +600 PL 114.8.

GRAND PRIZE DRAWING – 2:00 p.m. *
*                     1st Main Prize is an Icom - IC7200
                      2nd place Prize is an Icom - IC4100A
                      3rd Prize is an MFJ-993B Antenna Tuner

**Test Session: *Test session will be held at the Latter Day Saints 
Building, 480 Robert Blvd, Slidell, LA at 8:30 a.m.  More info on the 
ARRL website.
The test fee is $15.00 and we prefer exact cash if possible. *Anyone 
with special needs, need to contact * aa5uy at arrl.net 
<mailto:aa5uy at arrl.net>*2 weeks before the session so we can be 
prepared.  If we do not have enough VE's present, we may not be able to 
accommodate you. *If you are testing for the first time, we recommend 
getting your FRN number before you test. Otherwise, you will have to use 
your Social Security Number on all of the paper work.
