[AARA] MARS Equipment Question

Jerry Breaux (can't remember his callsign) passed away about 25 years 
ago and his son is selling Jerry's old home. He found some old MARS 
equipment in storage and is wondering if it is legal to sell or give it 
away, or does it need to go back to MARS ownership. Can some MARS 
members determine the legality of sales or giveaway or back into 
government hands.
