[AARA] Changes to w5ddl.org domain

As mentioned during the January meeting there will be some upgrades to the
w5ddl.org domain. One of the changes is that the email group
aaraclubemaillist at w5ddl.org will not be transferred due to lack of use and
outdated information.

There is the possibility that if there is enough interest a new group will
be made. If you would like to be notified if that happens please reply to
this email
