        Subject: Fwd: HAMFEST REMINDER

A quick reminder to all amateur radio operators and others

The Pearl River County Amateur Radio Club will hold our annual
Hamfest Saturday, December 11 at the old National Guard Armory
        in Poplarville, Ms.

The old armory is located at the intersection of Highway 26 and
Highway 11 in Poplarville. Our Hamfest has grown every year
since its inception in 2007, and this year will be no exception.

Already, we have many vendors who are scheduled to be there, as
well as some new display folks.

        Vendors scheduled so far include:

                           VIS Amateur Supply

                          Cedar City Sales

                          Palmetto Antennas

The Sign Man of Baton Rouge, La.

                          Icom America

Additionally, we are talking to several other vendors who may
        show up.

Also this year, we will have representatives from the Northshore
/ Slidell Radio Control Club on hand to show off their hobby -
which involves radio control aircraft, boats and cars.

Additional details for the hamfest, including door prizes, a
final vendor lineup, and of course our concessions, are still in
process and will be announced later.

For more information, including information on possible lodging,
please contact Larry Wagoner (601) 590-0553, Ron Smith (601)
        590-6336 or Roger Aubert (601) 795-3570.
