[AARA] AARA 52nd Hamfest Update

On behalf of the Acadiana Amateur Radio Association, Inc.  (AARA), we 
would like to thank all that attended our 52nd AARA Hamfest in Rayne, 
Louisiana over the weekend (Friday & Saturday March 9th & 10th).  I have 
heard from many of the attendees that this the best in a long, long 
time.  It's you Gals & Guys that make any Hamfest a success by attending 
and supporting our vendors.

Also thanks for all the helpers that help with unloading and loading, 
answering many inquires, and etc.   I could go on forever with the 
compliments but you know
who you are and you are greatly appreciated.  I will be sending out more 
via e-mails, HF Nets, and our club newsletters.

*Special Thanks* go to Glen Thibodeaux KF5FNP, /Assistant Hamfest 
Chairman/, for all the footwork, telephone contacts, & e-mails in 
getting our vendors together, donations of door prizes, and many other 
things, including overseeing that our hamfest runs smoothly.  Rick & Joy 
Breaux N5RLM & N5YCS, for managing our pre-registration and vendor and 
swap table assignment, and book keeping.

We would like to thank the /*Good Lord*/ for holding back the bad 
weather that was predicted for our hamfest, weather was not a problem.

Hope everyone had a /*GOOD TIME*/ and hope to see you again in 2013!  We 
would like to hear your comments!
