[AARA] Crescent City Classic - Reminder

Ham radio volunteers are being requested by Joe, N5OZG, of the Crescent
City Amateur Radio Group to assist in communications at the Crescent City
Classic Road Race in New Orleans.

The race is scheduled for Saturday, March 30, 2013.

Volunteers are needed to monitor the runners along the race
course, and to report any medical or non medical traffic to Net
Control at the Police Command Post.

This year event organizers are expecting over 22,000 runners.
This is one of largest public service events in Louisiana.

Volunteer will receive a free Tâ€"Shirt, and will be allowed to enter
the festival and concert area in City Park at the end of the race.
