[AARA] Louisiana ARES Update - TS Karen

I spoke to Gary Stratton K5GLS (Louisiana Assistant Section Manager) 
around 1:45 PM Friday and was told the following:

At 6:00 PM Friday, the Louisiana ARES Net will activate on 3910 KHz and 
run to 10:00 PM.
At 6:00 AM Saturday the Louisiana ARES Net will resume on 3910 KHz, when 
the band goes long we will switch
to 40 meters at 7.285 MHz.

Due to this as being a actual event, the Simulated Emergency Test 
scheduled on Saturday October 12, 2013 will
more than likely be cancelled.  Gary will make any changes or updates on 
the above nets.
