[AARA] Final 2015 Rayne Hamfest Update

Greetings AARA Hamfest Goers:

This will be your final update.  We are only a few days away from the 
Rayne Hamfest, the Largest hamfest in Louisiana and on the Gulf Coast.  
Everyone is getting excited and looking forward to the fest.  Vendors 
will start arriving Friday morning for setup and we open to the public 
at 5 PM on Friday. *_ONLY VENDORS, TABLE HOLDERS, and HAMFEST WORKERS 
WILL BE ALLOWED IN BEFORE 5 PM Friday. _* The time to pre-order Boiled 
Crawfish for Friday night is over.  If you missed the deadline to 
pre-order, you will have to call Chris at 337-772-8842 to place a late 
order. Chris has some great food lined up for us this year, you can 
check out the menu here under Cafe CQ

for some of the homemade sweets the ladies will be serving at HI Q 
sweets table.

Saturday morning we reopen for vendors and table holders at 7AM and to 
the public at 8AM.  It might be raining Saturday so unless you are a 
vendor or table holder please do not enter the building until 8AM when 
we open to the public.  The HI Q sweets will have hot coffee and 
doughnuts, and Cafe CQ will have breakfast sandwiches starting at 0800 ( 
0700 for Vendors and Table holders).  Cafe CQ opens for lunch at 1100, 
Hi Q sweets never shuts down.  We will have door prizes every 30 minutes 
so watch the big screen and listen for your call.
For the hams that know CW,  listen for a message over the PA system.  
Don't forget to stop by to view the QRP and Go-Kit displays.

Due to the high chance of rain on Saturday and the building where the 
forums will be held is 75 yards away from the main hamfest hall, you 
might want to bring an umbrella.  Just in case!  See map here

FLASH!
Galen KF5BET, our table chairman just informed me that we had someone 
cancel. We had a SOLD OUT show, but now we have 6 tables available.  
It's first come first served.  Contact Galen at 337-298-3804 if you 
would like to get a table.

I think this will be our best hamfest yet.  I hope to see ya'll there.
