The Lafayette Louisiana AARA Club is trying to plan a bus trip to 
Florida Hamcation in 2017.

The tentative plans are listed below.

Prices are subject to change, includes:

·50 people, Approximately 511$ per person

·Round trip bus fare, from Lafayette to Orlando and Back

·Hotel room, Double Occupancy ( 3 nights stay)

·Hamcation Tickets

Departure Thursday February 9^th (Early am) From Lafayette

Arrival Hotel for 3 nights ( 9^th , 10^th & 11^th )

Bus to and from Ham fest ( 10^th & 11^th )

Departure Sunday February 12^th (early am) From Florida
