[AARA] CAPE Balloon Launch Sunday

The University of Louisiana at Lafayette CAPE Team 
<https://ee.louisiana.edu/research/cape> (Cajun Advanced Picosatellite 
Experiment) will launch a balloon from the Lake Charles Airport next to 
the Lake Charles NWS weather radar dome on Sunday August 18, 2019 at 
0800 to 0830.

The package will be transmitting on 144.39 MHz using the call sign 
*W5UL-11*.
The flight path should be about 30 miles east of Lake Charles. A visual 
line of sight should be about 15 minutes after launch. All persons are 
invited to observe the launch.
