*AARA November General Meeting*
The AARA November General Meeting will be held on Thursday, November 
4th, at 7:00 PM at the Red Cross Building, 101 N. Pat St., Scott, LA.  A 
nominating committee for new 2011-2012 officers will be selected by our 
Club President.  Guest speaker will be David Redearn N4ELM on QRP 
operating.  If you have any door prizes to offer, please bring them.

VE Testing will be at 6:00 PM. Bring CSCE's, picture ID and testing fees.

Our President, Irma KE5UPK, has called a board meeting for 5:00 PM prior 
to the General Meeting.

*Vietnam Traveling Memorial Wall & Special Event Station*

Members of the TCHAMS Club in the Monroe / W. Monroe area will operating 
a special event station on Saturday November 6th from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 
p.m. and possibly a little later on 80-40 meters on or around 3970 KHz 
and 7270 KHz.   They will be using the call /*WA5WX*/ which is for the 
Northeast Louisiana ARES.

A SASE will get you a nice QSL card if mailed to:
