[AARA] Balloon launch

The balloon launches as if now is scheduled for 8:30 am today

 

A final go will be emailed ~ 7 am

 

 <https://ee.louisiana.edu/research/cape> The University of Louisiana at
Lafayette CAPE Team (Cajun Advanced Picosatellite Experiment) will launch a
balloon from the Lake Charles Airport next to the Lake Charles NWS weather
radar dome on Sunday August 18, 2019 at 0800 to 0830.
You can follow the flight by going to the APRS link at:

The package will be transmitting on 144.39 MHz using the call sign W5UL-11.
The flight path should be about 30 miles east of Lake Charles.  A visual
line of sight should be about 15 minutes after launch.  All persons are
