[AARA] Location Change for Regional Meeting

Unfortunately, the Old Bank Building is still having elevator issues, so 
we have made the decision to
CHANGE THE LOCATION. Good news is, we will be in the Harbor & Terminal 
District (Port EOC) Building!
Many thanks to Mac Wade, Director of MCHTD for allowing us to use the 
training room!
